These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://prescented.com and your purchases from Prescented (“we”, “us”, “our”), a retail store based in Bedford, Texas.
Products and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We sell scented clothing as described on each product page. Product descriptions, scent information, and delivery windows are part of these Terms and are incorporated from the product pages and our Shipping & Returns page.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept your offer when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers. See our Privacy Policy for how payment and order data are handled.
Shipping and delivery
Our launch collection ships from our supplier in China directly to you. Each product page shows its estimated delivery window, and shipping is free — it’s included in our prices. Applicable duties are included in our prices as well. If a customs bill ever arrives differently than described here, contact us before paying it. You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships. If your delivery window changes, we’ll email you your options — wait or a full refund.
Returns and refunds
Our full returns policy, including the 30-day return window, our scent-satisfaction promise, and how refunds are issued to your original payment method, is on our Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these Terms.
Scent honesty
Scent is strongest when you first open your order and softens over time and with washing. That’s true of all scented clothing. We only claim what our suppliers state and buyers report — read the evidence on every product page. We never publish a wash count we haven’t earned, never fake a review, and never promise a delivery date we can’t back.
