What does “scented” mean here?
Our clothes are scented before they ship — the fabric itself carries a fragrance (mint or jasmine, depending on the item). This is different from “fragrance style” products, which only look or are marketed a certain way but aren’t actually scented. When you open your PreScented order, the first thing you’ll notice is the scent.
What does each scent smell like?
Mint (Mint Fragrance Raglan Tee): a cool, fresh mint fragrance — the way the supplier describes it.
Jasmine (Jasmine-Scented Socks): a soft floral jasmine scent, as described by the supplier.
We describe scents using the supplier’s own words. We don’t invent scent pyramids or notes.
How long does the scent last?
Scent is strongest when you first open your order and softens over time and with washing. That’s true of all scented clothing. We don’t promise a number of washes — no one can honestly guarantee that, so we won’t.
How long does shipping take?
Our launch collection ships from our supplier in China. Each product page shows its delivery window:
- Mint Fragrance Raglan Tee — estimated delivery: about 2–4 weeks after ordering (estimate — our supplier ships quickly, but international delivery varies).
- Jasmine-Scented Socks (5-pair and 3-pair packs) — estimated delivery: about 2–4 weeks after ordering (estimate).
You’ll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Will I pay customs or duty?
No — applicable duties are included in our price. We handle import costs; you won’t see a separate customs bill at checkout. If a customs bill ever arrives differently than described here, contact us before paying it.
What if the scent isn’t for me (or the recipient)?
That’s fine. If you opened the item just to smell it and the scent isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery — we’ll make it right under our scent-satisfaction promise. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
How do I wash scented clothing?
General scent-care tips (not specific to any item): wash cold, gentle cycle, with a mild or unscented detergent, and line dry when you can. Heat and harsh detergents fade fragrance faster.
I have sensitive skin. Should I buy?
Our products are scented with fragrance. If you have fragrance sensitivities, this may not be for you. We don’t make skin-safety or hypoallergenic claims.
Where do returns go?
We handle returns from Texas. Email support@prescented.com for a return authorization and the return address — we give it privately for each return.
